Schedule

Friday June 13

  • 3:00: Check In starts

  • 6:00 - 7:30: Dinner

  • Before and after dinner: Hang out in our Hospitality Room. Greet arrivals, schmooze, play board/word games, etc.

Saturday June 14

  • 8:00-9:30: Breakfast

  • 10:00 - 11:30:  Field Day

  • 12:00 - 1:30: Lunch

  • 1:30 - 3:30: Free time

  • 3:30 - 4:30: Coffee & cookies in the Hospitality Room

  • 4:30 - 5:15: Family Meeting (Hospitality Room)

  • 6:00 - 7:30: Dinner (plus Special Presentations!)

  • 8:00 - 9:00: Campfire & S’mores

  • 9:00 - 11:00: Zephyr Bar Open (Hosted) 

Sunday June 15 (Father’s Day!)

  • 8:00-9:30: Breakfast 

  • 11:00: Check out

Seating for Meals

We are trying something different this year to encourage mixing and mingling whle ensuring that everyone has a place to go. Assigned seating will only be set for Saturday Lunch and Dinner. All other meals, you may sit where you wish. Just please be flexible and make room for larger groups as needed.

Facilities at Honor’s Haven

We will have a dedicated Hospitality Room for our group’s use throughout the weekend. We will have snacks, soft drinks, games, and art/card-making supplies. Our family tree will be posted there too. 

Honor’s Haven facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, basketball, hiking, ziplining, wall climbing, and fishing. They also have a spa onsite. For more information, please review their Recreation Brochure.

Reservations

NOTE: Their website is currently under construction, due to new ownership. Please call them to make your reservation.

Please make your reservation no later than May 23, 2025.

  • Call the Reservations Department at 845-210-1600 and select option 1.

  • Identify yourself as a member of the Skurnick Family Reunion group

  • At the time of making the reservation, they will require a non-refundable 35% deposit payment. The balance will be due May 23.

Rates

Standard room rates:

  • Single: $314.00 / night;

  • Double: $464.00 / night

  • Additional child (6-12 yrs): $102.00/ night

  • (No additional cost for children 5 yrs and younger)

  • Additional occupant (13+ yrs) in a double room: $165.00/night
